The Vaz Preparatory Foundation is a non–profit organization that has been created to ensure that the School - this premier institution of learning - remains viable, providing the nation with a centre of excellence, where children of ordinary citizens can access educational programmes at realistic and reasonable cost, in an environment that is amenable to learning, ensuring that our children will grow and develop into productive, contributing and committed Jamaicans.

On April 12 2008, Vaz Prepartory School inducted six (6) illustrious past students into the Vaz Prep Hall Of Fame, during an inaugural banquet held at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel to celebrate the School's contribution to the Jamaican Nation.
